Exclusive to N1DP, a program created and coached by Larry Achike, former Olympic Finalist, Commonwealth Gold Medallist and London University Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
The program is designed to advance the players skills in all components of Basketball through Strength and Conditioning, Coordination and Plyometrics and would be perfect for the pre-season athlete. The program is delivered off court and is strictly limited to 10 participants per session.
Strength and Conditioning (Core strength , Tendon Conditioning)
Drills and Skills (Coordination and Reaction work)
Speed (Sprints Runs and Starts)
Jumps (Basic Plyometrics)
The program will run across various Sundays of Term 3 and 4, prior to Basketball Rep Trials and GPS Season.
